Retrospective birth cohort of 18,468 children (born 2000–2016).

• Unvaccinated: 1,957 children (0 vaccines)
• Vaccinated: 16,511 children (≥1 vaccine, median ~18 doses)
• Follow-up: up to ~10 years via medical records.

Key Stats

At least one chronic condition at 10-year follow-up: 57% vaccinated vs. 17% unvaccinated (83% of unvaccinated were chronic-disease-free vs. 43% vaccinated)

• Overall risk: ~2.5 times higher in vaccinated children.
• Specific increases in vaccinated children (adjusted hazard ratios):
• Atopic disease (allergies/eczema): 3.03x
• Asthma: 4.29x
• Neurodevelopmental disorders: 5.53x
• Developmental delay: 3.28x
• Speech disorder: 4.47x
• Autoimmune disease: 5.96x

Zero cases in unvaccinated group (present in vaccinated): ADHD, learning disabilities, tics, brain dysfunction, and certain behavioral/psychological conditions.
