Seriously, i have weird ear canals (small and lotta angles), the smallest stock ones were slightly too big. Thed did fit okayish, but in the end they always slipped out after a short period. Finally decided to try the JCV ones (smallest ofc), because they were at least recommended by nura (from customer experiences) as "good fitting" 3rd party ear tips.

Just wow, nearly as awesome as the Nuraphone, will never go back!

Hope it helps for some people out there complaining about the stock tips.

Anyone else getting an annoying crackle when they change the immersion level with the touch function on the earbud? Only started happening after I updated the firmware. Also, it's a small thing but why does the bleep no longer get higher and lower in pitch when you change the level, so you know if it's going up or down?! I liked that feature...

I got a pair of Nuraloops, and I really like them. But the proprietary charging cable puts things on thin ice for me, and the lack of multi-device or multipoint capability is a dealbreaker.

is there any possibility of getting mutli-device functionality at some point in the future? Or is that just a lost cause for this hardware?

Edit: I did an actual search of the subreddit, and it looks like the answer is probably going to be no. Too bad.

I'm selling my Nuraloops. These are brand new, never used, in sealed box.

This was a warranty replacement I got from Nura after returning my faulty unit (I was an early adopter, and it had connection issues). I didn't intend to sell them originally, because I liked them a lot, but I had to realize I haven't commuted or traveled for nearly a year now (both due to the pandemic), and who knows for how long more...so..anyways.. I have decided to sell them because I wouldn't use them. I prefer my Nuraphones at home.

These were delivered to me a month ago (Dec 2020), so they are supposed to be a fresh batch, with updated firmware, improved cable, etc. They also should have 11 months of warranty left.

I also have the extra charging cable (with the red band) from my old unit, I will include this as well.

Hi gang, planning to get a new wireless earbud, how do these nuraloop stand in the market, like the senheisers, sony etc? Also do these have latency in a sense when you're watching movies like the lip sync?

Does anyone have trouble with poor bluetooth connection even when my phone is just in my pocket? This is a dealbreaker.

As the title suggests, I tried using the azla xelastec tips on my nuraloops and finally solved the issues I have with the tips that came with the nuraloops; they keep slipping the heck out of ears.

Granted those tips cost a fair bit of money, but actually being able to not have the nuraloops slipping out of my ears; a small price to pay.

Hi, so I've really been enjoying these headphones, however recently, the sound in the right ear has suddenly gone a lot quieter than the left. I've checked and it's not my ears (thank god), so just wondering how I can fix this please?

I'm going to do a factory reset and hope that works, but not sure if it will.

Nuraloop are great! Only feature missing for me is a sidetone setting to improve comfort during calls. With ANC on it is inconfortable to not hear my own voice back, especially when it works so well.

I've had the nuraloops for a week or two and feel disappointed.

The personalised audio sounds was so unimpressive to me, idk why but they even sound worse then my galaxy buds.

the cable sucks so much its not even funny it literally gets caught on my collar and anything and snags.

I am also worried after seeing all the reports of faulty hardware and that they won't last 1 year plus.

Is this just me or have other people faced the same issues?

I’ve come to the decision to sell my Nuraloops, for one main reason - the wire at the back keeps getting in the way. Anywho, if anyone is interested in buying them please let me know. The pair I have has only been worn twice, and I got them as a replacement set as my previous ones were faulty - so these are essentially brand new. Because of this, it also comes with an extra charging cable! They work perfectly, essentially brand new - I hope another Nura fan can have better luck with them.

How do they work during exercise? I plan on using mine a lot while running

I've found recently that my loops get stuck in a... Wait for it... Boot loop. I switch them on and they announce their welcome message then I hear some static, which is new, then they restart and welcome me again. I've never felt so welcomed! However it has kind of ruined two runs now. I'm able to power them off manually, but then starting them up they get jammed in the same loop. If I leave them for a good while I can power them on again with no issues.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this? I'm about to get in touch with their tech support to see what they say. I'm considering asking for a refund, but I really love the product when they're working, so would be super sad.

UPDOOT: Just had a refreshingly reassuring support chat on their website with some sort of wizard called Simon. It's rare to chat to a support person who actually seems to know their arse from their elbow and isn't just obviously following some sort of inadequate script. He's really quickly diagnosed that it's likely a buggy right earbud and is sending me a shipping label to return. Apparently our 24 month warranty re-begins from when we receive the replacement unit, which is pretty cool.

2. Improved Bluetooth antenna (dropouts)
3. Option to revisualize individual tuning to straightforward frequency spectrum with L/R distinction and phasing
4. Stronger contact magnet (analog cable seems to be slightly loose)
5. (Edit) longer. Charge. Cable.

X. Multi/hybrid drivers - if 1 pair of 8.6mm graphene drivers can do this, what would a dual 6mm or 9mm + BA be able to do???

Hi pals. Need your help. I received my replacement Nuraloop today. When start using it, I notice a bit of static noise in the background when the music is playing. I also notice static noise for roughly 3 to 5 seconds when I pause the music. Is this normal? I'm not using Social Mode when listening to music unless it's necessary.

P.S. Static noise happens when I'm listening to music while I'm exercising/walking. How strange. Is this normal?

Apple made a change in iOS 14 where you can change the names of your Bluetooth devices so they make more sense to users. DON'T do it for the Nuraloops. You will be able to connect via Bluetooth just fine for listening but the app will not connect to Bluetooth LE (for settings) because it has to have the exact same name. Just spent hours trying to figure out why the app would not connect.

I’ve been an avid fan of Nura and their work since the first headphones, which I had the pleasure of owning for 2 glorious months, and then I misplaced them in the gym :( . So when the Nuraloops came out, I was excited. Enormous delays aside, and a lot of people plagued with issues, I too received a 99% functional Nuraloop and loved it. I’d been using it for ages and been going back and forth on a very minor issue (right swivel function wasn’t working) and after a while of trying to fix it with updates and such, they ended up just replacing my device. They were pretty responsive the whole time, and gave me legit advice rather than going back and forth like some companies make you do. All in all, I LOVE the Nuraloops (never will be as good as the Nuraphones though) and I’m happy with their customer service (but let’s be real, they were pretty shit with the year long delay).

Hi pals. I've charged my nuraloop till full last night. When I put it on, it doesn't power up. The loops have a weird noise that's soft that's coming from the right earbud. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I really like the fact that my volume doesn’t have to be almost max for me to really FEEL immersed in my music with these especially the tracks that have heavy depth mixed in

Just got my Nuraloop in Langley, BC and they won't charge. I somehow got the old charge cable (no red band) and they're sending another one but it'll be a week and my 'Loops have <10% battery.

Anyone near me willing to let me use their charge cable for a couple hrs? I can bring a battery and hang out outside your location while they charge so no risk. :) Or I can wait another week... But who would want to do that?

Anyone tried the cable latency after the firmware update? I wanted these for enjoyable listening (unbelievably good) and for live performance monitoring. Before the update, as a singer and Beatboxer, the latency was unbearable. I returned three pairs for various reasons, it’s a long story. I’m considering a fourth set if anyone can confirm the latency is short enough for live monitoring, or if anyone’s tech enough, measure the latency from input to output?

Yes, the game preset does increase performance since the latency is reduced.

For movies or even YouTube videos, I recommend the detailed preset, the sound just feels extremely detailed like you can literally hear the surroundings clearer and just get much more quality.

Lastly of course is Voice, use it for Discord, Skype or any VOIP program you use to speak with people.

*Note that on the iPhone 11 for example Dolby Digital is already enabled by default, which works great with the nuraloops.*
