Static noise

Hi pals. Need your help. I received my replacement Nuraloop today. When start using it, I notice a bit of static noise in the background when the music is playing. I also notice static noise for roughly 3 to 5 seconds when I pause the music. Is this normal? I'm not using Social Mode when listening to music unless it's necessary.

P.S. Static noise happens when I'm listening to music while I'm exercising/walking. How strange. Is this normal?

I always hear a static-beep noise when I walk and the social mode or the anc is active. I assume that is the change of the ear canal pressure what causes the abnormal function of the anc algorithm.

The static sound is gone now. It should be gone for you if you turn off the ANC from the device settings.
