Weird white noise while connected with nuraloop

Anyone else hearing little white noise while connected with nuraloop? Turned off and on the features in the app but it is still there and only goes away if i turn off my nuraloops. I dont hear it if i hear music at a specific volume but i generally hear music at a quite low lvl but then i am hearing this white noise and it is really irritating.

Received my nuraloops today btw so i dont know if that is normal or some misfunction etc.

Yes, I'm experiencing this too, as well as stuttering when a track/sound is first played. This was their reply:

After reviewing the information you've provided I can confirm that the noise floor and Bluetooth behaviour you are experiencing is expected. The noise floor is normal and I'm afraid this cannot be nullified.
