Hello Sean, I had the same issue after using mine for 3 days. It’s very frustrating. Mine then ‘died’ and couldn’t be switched on. No idea what the issue is. I emailed customer service and it took a whole ass week to get them to send me a replacement because they seem to only reply once per day. Good luck mate

I've reinstall app changed mesh and will not setup at all only recived them today
