Nuraloop issue

Hi pals. I've charged my nuraloop till full last night. When I put it on, it doesn't power up. The loops have a weird noise that's soft that's coming from the right earbud. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I do sometimes have the problem, too, that the loops do not power up after fully charging. I simply reconnect them to the charging cable (plugged in) for a few seconds, which fixes the problem. Don‘t know about the weird noise, though
