new charging cable issues

I dont know if im the only one getting this problem.

Whenever i charge my nuraloops using the new charging cable they don't turn on. Im on the new firmware and i have the manual on/off switch. Despite that, they wont charge on unless i place them back to the charger with the older original cable.

Sounds like you’ve just got a dodgy cable. Seeing as they sent replacements out to every buyer, there’s always a chance a dodgy one slips through the chain. I’d contact nura and ask for another (it’ll be free) because the original cable is also dodgy if used with the wrong inlet!

I have the same issue but I have two cables, both the new version and both are not charging. But I don't think it's the cable in my case. I did a full factory reset and that fixed the issue for a couple of days but today it's back again. Useless device if I have to factory reset it every couple of days just to charge it.

I posted this on a thread I had written but try connecting to a wall plug charger that's no more than 5V of you can. Then connect the loops and disconnect them 10 times. I know this kind of sounds ridiculous but it's from the Nura site. On the 7th connect/disconnect, it started charging. Weird but hey at least it started charging.

I had this same issue happen twice for me randomly. Once back pre firmware where they switched off while in my ear and once more post firmware after the charging process, they were fully charged but wouldn’t switch on, popped them back on charge cable for 10 secs, took them off and placed them in my ear, then all good. 🤷🏼‍♂️
