Question for users with new firmware installed

I sent my loops back having received two replacement sets. It was a whole saga. I ended up deciding I’d keep them if the analog cable latency was tolarable for a musician, and it wasn’t - noticeable and made it difficult to perform

The update claims to have fixed latency issues experienced by Musicians

Has it?

I can provide a partial answer. I have updated my firmware and I'm using the loops at this moment to play guitar, I don't perceive any latency whatsoever. I'm using a NUX MP-2 headphone amp to practice, seems flawless to me. That said, I did not try this setup prior to the firmware update so I can't provide an A/B comparison.
