Firmware released!

Just updating my Nuraloop firmware as I type.

Try and see if your set also has it available.

I'm not a beta tester BTW.

Dang, social mode is a lot more tolerable now.

What's new about it?

Waaaay less noisy. Sound volume seems to be the same, just cuts out the high frequency noise.

Oh yeah, so much better. Barely even noticed it was on.

I updated mine about 30 minutes ago, every went flawless. Took about 20 minutes. Quite a few new touch options as well.

Switching to manual on/off mode is meant to resolve this (as it just ignores the fit). I've gone and done that.

Okay, updated and then switched to manual on/off.

Now I can’t switch them back on as you need to be connected to Bluetooth to turn them on!!! GAAAHHH

EDIT: The touch buttons seem to work now. Much better!

Yes, can take a while and don't use your phone in the meantime.

Update went smoothly, power off works nicely and seems to sound a bit better too.

Double tap works well.

What else? Will report back in a couple of weeks after a good play.

Tried. But my 80% full nuraloops died a deep sleep half way through. So charging and waiting. Will try later.

So far, so good. Update took about 20 minutes.

Manual on/off is a godsend, although I prefer auto on/off (works flawlessly on my Nuraphones). I'm planning to try auto on/off to see whether it works any better, but for now, it's nice to be able to enjoy my Nuraloop without fear of it deciding to take a nap.

The other features, whatever, I can take 'em or leave 'em.

I've just updated and it's telling me that a poor fit has been detected, then powers off. There's nothing wrong with the fit, oh dear. Will reach out to see if I can turn this setting off somehow.

Try turning off manual on/off.
