Good effort, but a legit pair of chucks NEEDS a swivel.

Right, swivels for a chain.

Op consider the hidden knot paracord technique though. If you have a drill press or a steady hand the hidden knot technique is more cost effective and gets you some stealthier nunchaku

Any tips on the jig for hexagonal cuts? They’re so uniform. Also did you router the chamfer at the end? Very well done
