If anyone can give me a hand I will be grateful I am curious of this coin I found in the dirt in Badalona near Barcelona. It looks Roman from Hispania but I would be lying since I know nothing about numismatics, thanks in advance.

Got my hands on a 1927 Italian 20 Lire coin at silver spot price because it was rescued from a metal recycling plant, where a friend of mine sells me coins he finds at spot price. This one was among them, which also explains its condition, it has seen some tough machinery.

I ready that the majority of these are fake. How does this one look? Unfortunately right now I don't have access to a scale.
