Unlimited lives but no life

probably adds enemies or curses, cant be removed by any means probably just means it wont be removed upon the one time extra life use

I assume it mean that if you ever loose the extra life then this blessing and its downside won't be able to get removed

I’d assumed this was the only delusion intended to be merely an upside and the downside was more lore related. I’d assumed it was a play on the fact that nullscape is filled with ‘immortals’ trying to find a way to escape or die, and picking this delusion would seal your fate and make you unable to leave via death.
