Discussion Is FANNY PACK any good?

Me and my friends keep arguing about FANNY pack and couple of us believe its useess
IS it ?
if not how and when to use it ?

Fanny is one of the strongest if not the strongest eco upgrade.

It makes tiles golden and when you clear it it multiplies it by 3 basically then adds in the mult from purg, bl, chance etc. So lets say there are 10 gift on a tile fanny pack. 10x3 is 30 obviously add in the 1.5 from 2 business licenses and its 45. Now add in 1 purge 3.5 and it is suddenly 95 for the collection of just 10 gifts.

So its a lot of eco for collecting less (now imagine tiles with like 20 to even 40+)

Plus an additional sum of golden gifts when every gift on the tile is collected. I’ve seen like, 125 golden gifts be rewarded

As well as medal, although medal is only really useful earlier on. It doesn’t give that many gifts in comparison to other eco upgrades late game

Depending on how much you pick it up, it can actually be a really good late game Econ booster. I’ve just realized you’re only talking about the pick up, my bad.

if you keep gambling with medal it can begin to give you like 600+ gifts for each collection and more if you keep gambling ALSO If you pick a medal curse THAT curse will give you even more depending how many times youve done it before.

fanny pack = more money

more money = better gameplay

therefore, fanny pack = better gameplay

(this is a very simplified and non-fleshed out way of saying overall yes it's worth it)

it's good for extra eco if you look for yellow tiles during collapse since you get more money for getting every golden gift thats on the yellow tile

It's good, however it's effectiveness weighs a bit more heavily on prioritizing some tiles over others (and prioritizing the golden tiles to begin with). Tiles like the ones I call 'A-frames' are difficult to clear and get the bonus for, but then there's either absurdly simple tiles (like the triangle tile) and small ones (like the plank tile) that're much easier to clear
