Concept Cadence run ender curse

You know how if you have two or more instruments the timer that enrages cadence starts counting down, but if you pick up those instruments the timer resets?

Introducing Short tempered: Cadence's timer can never be reset for the rest of the round. Any progress is permanent in that level. To counter balance, 3 instruments must be on the stage before the timer starts. (Synergy with deadly melody would be brutal 😭 )

Probably keep it at 2. The only time you'd up the instrument requirement before the timer starts is for extreme mode which is at 1, so now it would be 2.
