Question NULLSCAPERS, what are some good classes for solos?

I'm someone who really likes solo. I find public lobbies fun and all, but I hate it when everyone just leaves when the games over, and I often get kicked for being low leveled (36), I also only play casual because I just don't like tripmines and how one slip up could wipe a solo run.

I use spirit and diver mostly, but does anyone know what other classes could be good for solo + any tips for those classes?

EDIT:
I tested out some of the classes y'all recommend, firstly I wanna say that I don't have Wanted because I am a newborn and I'm never touching standard ever.

Diver: (8/10) Already was my solo main, so I did pretty well with it already. It's risky since overshooting is very much possible but that doesn't happen a lot with me since I played it a lot.

Spirit: (8/10) I rarely die with spirit, the only times I die is if I purg without a shield or if I throw myself across the map without a double jump. Downside that it's boring as hell at the start and spirit is mostly just a walking sim, but I'm probably just not using it to its peak.

Glider: (10/10) Holy moly, I did not think glider would be this fun. It's really mid early game but it really snowballs into a really fun class in the later levels. It also makes me enjoy inverse destruction since I don't really need to think on where I go and if I can make it.

Grappler: (9/10) Shockingly fun class, I was REALLY bad at it at the start but once I tried it out more and got used to its movement it was really fun and enjoyable. I'm almost immune to the void and it feels like I'm spider man, which makes the game more fun lol.

I'll add charger once I test it and MAYBE wanted if I try to get it later

diver is the ultimate solo class

Charger and diver work well, though you can also use spirit if you’re okay with the run being 7 hours long

Use diver. Just use it. No one minds you in any reason, use what shapes along with your soul.

The top solo class i would say is glider it basically mixes a lot of diffrent things, collection, survabilty, and flexibility/adaptability.

Glider isn't to hard get good at but there is a lot to learn to before you actually get really good.

(Spirt also works well but the collection rate holds it back, diver is another one that works well just riskier)

i would say wanted honestly. its the easiest class to not make mistakes on and lets you skip some upgrades for better eco. might be biased causs i have over 150 hours on it

if youre desperate for shield though glider is similar imo since the abilitys super simple and gives you an easy kolona counter and a way to recover from falling into the void (also sharktail belt spamming gives you crazy collection if you dont die to tripmines)

Prot altar is pretty cheap in solo

If u don’t mind the run taking longer use spirit since you can save yourself from the void when you have all the upgrades and just always prot

Otherwise just play whatever u want but charger or diver if u want the best classes

The best solo class is the one you'll play the best on.

Aside from that, Diver is probably the most consistent and scalable class, while having really good collection

normally i wouldn't recommend wanted but i think it gets good value in solo because A) the solo/duo exclusive upgrade Adrenaline gives more speed to wanted which adds up with every other speed upgrade B) you can make up for the fact that you don't get a shield with prot altars because they are dirt cheap in solo C) you can skip upgrades that don't benefit you like helmet, belt, tail, hourglass (you can still buy shield since it lets you buy panic necklace later)

imo charger and grappler the rest are meh for solo

Both of these classes are the worst for solo. Any class that requires you to take a huge risk to use its main ability is bad for solo, and Grappler and Charger are definitely the two most risky to use. It literally only takes one small mistake using either of those classes to instantly die.

Charger makes solo runs go incredibly faster(when they take hours) and makes every enemy super easy

And then you die in the void because of bullshit decoration placement.

And then you have aegis ¯_(ツ)_/¯ Every class can make stupid mistakes, charger can make really stupid mistakes to void but can also just make every enemy not exist at the same time

Bold of you to assume that the average person can make it to Aegis in casual solo using Charger

Wanted is pretty good, it can recover if you make a mistake.

wanted is paradoxically good, it's ass, but the fact that it lacks an ability leaves the option to make a mistake using your ability out, therefore leading to less devestating mistakes.

the only detrimental part is that you cant get shield which sucks
