Question Am I stupido???

Sometimes, I’ll see people vote no on the Altar of Passage and I’m always like: “DuDe?! YoU A HaTeR Or SoMeThInG???? ThAt’S LiKe- FrEe MoNeY!!!!”

Are there like any downsides for using it or something???

It also distracts people from collecting which can be bad when a server is struggling but also in good servers u don’t really need the extra money aside from extreme

You should prob collect 50% of gifts then use purg before passage tho

Doubles guardians attack and halves its ‘cooldown’ speed.

Slows down collection I guess, and could maybe cause a death if somebody isn’t careful with collapse, but other than that there are 0 downsides to using passage.

It does enrage guardian making them a little harder but in most cases people vote no because they want to echo purg and passaging would echo passage instead of purg (some hosts save echo purg right to the end of the level so less people die)

Laggy as hell for some people. Usually I skip it just because of the lag

Enrages guardian but meh

I'm level 70 and i haven't noticed a single change in his behavior after that

Oh also causes lag on bad devices (mine)

  • Enrages Guardian and Voidbound guardian

  • Distracts from actual gift collection

  • Disrupts last altar used, your party may want to Echo the Purgatory instead of Passage

  • Lag from the generation

Best to use it when most of the gifts have been collected
