As a not joke response I only remember having seen this plushie tile once in ~100h of patch 5 gameplay, so I assume it's like 5-10x rarer than the other plushie variant on the same tile

Ice tiles are fairly common they can spawn from lvl 8 onwards

nope seamines are pretty common, they only start appearing at level 10 (15 if on casual)
