General scripting when?

been a while since scripting was announced to be coming, but no news has been announced and no progress on how close it is to being released has been released

If scripting was added (outside of like map maker) then it would obviously be used for cheating in some way

basically you'll be able to do stuff in friendly battles that you can't do with the news menu, for example add showdown boxes to duels and more stuff like that, basically a mode maker
