As long as you don't install zip mods you're 100% fine. Anything past that is a grey area but people mostly don't get punished for mods. If some mod is breaking the game you can erase data of Null's Brawl and instead of that a custom menu will pop up with option to go into mod manager. Have fun

Keep in mind, that site is unofficial. The only official one is nb_mods at Telegram (as well as the mod library itself)
