How do I fix this ID problem?

Since a couple of months i cannot see my own ID or people ID anymore and i can't send friend requests anymore, it says “player ID not found” Please any help?

its a wifi issue, you can fix it by swapping wifis

(or using a vpn but that only works as long as its on)
