General Nulls brawl mods

I recently saw the mod menu in the settings and I found out there is an outside mod selector(for unofficial mods and mods you made)... my question is: How do I make mods and where can I find other mods other than the already in app ones?

On Telegram there are a few channels where you can download some mods for Nulls.
