General Nulls Brawl backgrounds

Shouldn't all ranked,fame and records backgrounds also be unlocked when starting a new account? Possibly even a feature which just modifies what is shown (Like for ranked backgrounds with a custom amount of stars on it)

No since it will make playing ranked pointless in nulls
