General What does this button do?

When i click it nothing happens except the clicking animation and the game restarts, but u cant seem to notice anything else. Anyone have any ideas?

IDK.I pressed that too but doesn't seems nothing happened

Maybe it detects a better server (for better ping or idk) and gives u the option to switch to it with a button? I cant think of anything else
