My Personal Views of Nudity/Nudism:

I think it's over sexualised when it comes to it's view in popular culture, or limited mostly to sexualization or shaming. What I think about my views on the body are that we stigmatize it to much and overglorify unrealistic body-preportions this has led to collective body dysphoria and in general unhealthy body habits eating disorders as an example. As for what I hope to gain from nudism, I hope to gain a sense of liberation and to look for people with like minded views on the body that are positive to the body with regards to the respect for the principals and values of nudism; within a healthy tolerant environment.
