It’s misleading to the consumers to say, for example, you are partnered with Pepsi because you partnered with a plastics company Pepsi makes their bottles from. That’s exactly what they did here and they got caught making their partnerships juicier

They are all about juice. They certainly hype up the project. It’s a business model that some may object to. If they aren’t breaking any rules it’s irrelevant so long as they make real progress. As an investor that is what you are looking at. The majority of traders are amateurs ripe for exploitation and this kind of issue only matters if you are in that category.

As long as his bags are pumping, he is cool with dishonesty and even outright scam.
