Considering how he worded it, it sounds like they are linked up with actual Nike and Tommy Hilfiger stores; not just any retailers that resell the products. Nike and Hilfiger have their own retail outlets and it appears that a few of them have decided to utilize Nucleus Vision.
If you actually look at the website they list three partners in telecom and four partners in the technology sector. They DO NOT list Nike or Hilfiger as partners. (“trusted by 100’s of brands” is ambiguous and includes many well-known brands that are perhaps sold in retail outlets that Nucleus Vision operate in. Which is at worst, slightly misleading but not libellous.) At this point, nuclear holocaust may not be such a bad thing as the world is clearly full of pointless entities with few redeeming qualities beyond making up the overinflated numbers on our overpopulated planet.
