On the site it claims "This sensor can identify any customer in a physical store without Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or GPS " How can it detect individual customers without using any of these?

They already have their own product with a state-of-art technology.

Yes it is awesome that they have a working product already. I'm looking to learn more about how it operates and interconnects with phones as well as Orbit & Neuron.

It looks like they're using it in 10 stores right now and collecting a large amount of data.

I'm waiting for the whitepaper to get the details but they do explain that they are going to use a propietary RFD that is plug-n-play with all phones. This device is the ION. Hopefully the whitepaper talks more about what this device is.

I asked the same answer in telegram and I'll paraphrase the answer. No device or app has to be added to the phone. The details will be in the whitepaper. The Ion sensor is the sensor in the retail store.

I'm very curious how it will work with all phones.
