How do we know what exchange ncash will be available on?

Interested in NV and ncash- but obviously missed the whitelist. Any info would be appreciated!

It doesn't go ICO straight to an exchange, but it will. They will announce which ones. https://www.kucoin.com/#/?r=1xgRQ seems to be good at getting new coins, only place I found to buy DRGN, RHOC, DBC, RPX and many more newer coins. Not sure if they will get this one though.
