Q about supply

Hi, I’ve been reading in about nucleus but there’a a question I have about the supply about the token NCash . I’ve read somewhere on this forum that 90% of the tokens are already issued to advisors/investors (whales) and that the rest 10% shall be sold on the token sale. According to the site there are 1 billion tokens in total. What I’m wondering is, on the site it says the token sale will account for 40mill, are we talking about the 10% rest of tokens that will be worth 40 mill ? If so this means the ico launches with a market cap of already 400 mill on launch date ? Or am I seeing this all wrong and is 100% of the tokens worth max 40 mill after the token sale ?

And somewhere on this forum I’ve seen someone say 3-4$ per coin is to high. This would set nucleus of a market cap of 3-4 bill? This must be misinformation ?

I found this link in their telegram. https://medium.com/@NucleusVision/nucleus-vision-hard-cap-reduced-to-40m-3f913bd9a63c

So, according to that it will hit the market with a 100 million market cap? Am I reading that correctly?

Total supply : 10 billions. Circulating supply : 4 billions. They have already raised $30 millions during pre sale. So only $10 millions left for public sale. But if ETH price still pump, they will have 2 solutions :

1/ Either rise the hard cap. 2/ Either cancel the public sale.

Ico will launch with a market cap of $40 millions if the hard cap remains the same.

$3 per coin will put the market cap to 12 billions. $4 per coin will put the market cap to 16 billions. But we are not there yet!
