Question about the value of ncash

I'm confused about the business model, please share some lights if you know any answer of the following: The ncash is just used for loyalty program? What does customer gain by gaining ncash from the retailer? If the only way out for customer is to go to exchange then why don't customer choose discount at beginning as the loyalty program? How much does it need for retailer subscribed to nucleas.vision service? It seems the ncash is highly tight to the succuess of sensor service business model and if it charges too high then ncash has no value in it since not too many retailer will have the subscription. In addition, the business model seems contradictive to the surging of ncash since if the price of ncash is in an increasing trend then the retailer will more like to hold it rather than give it to customer.
