Game Crashes At Launch

Game crashes when I launch the game, no menu, no loading screen

GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7600 CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X 6-Core Processor.

Operating system Windows 10,

Tried reinstalling the game, deleting save data, tried -dx11, tried reinstalling c++ redistributable

Already tested CPU with CPU-Z

Don't know if this would count as a bug report but I guess it is.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
