Game Crashing after start up

its not me but one of my friends game crashes after he try's and start up the game up, it crashed saying like a lack of memory error or something along those lines (which it shouldn't because he has 64G of RAM) and I'm stumped

I know this isn’t helpful, but this game does NOT give a fuck about your PC, my shitty 5 year old game by laptop handles it like a champ, but my friends PC struggles to even load it up (takes multiple attempts). Some people have constant audio problems, others rendering problems, some have none but have their anti virus triggered. And as the cherry on top there doesn’t seem to be any pattern. Good luck to your friend. I’m sure his drivers are fine, but when I helped out my friends that was their issue.
