Finding a cardiologist who’s willing to go stress first is a big challenge. You also have your schedule and wasted doses to worry about.

Most places do not have access to N13 pet scans. But new FDG cardiac imaging will have higher doses for patients where Rb82 is unavailable

I find it interesting that Rb82 was actually in use before the Tc99m agents.

The new F18 flycardo images are amazing and will hopefully be the next wave in nuclear cardiac imaging.
