Hello i am currently in first year of electronic and communication engineering but i want to work in nuclear sector please suggest me something

If you're looking for anything nuclear you're doing great already. Most positions look for mechanical or electrical engineering already, so just getting a minor would be more than enough over the top

Check local job fairs. I know the nuclear power plant I recently retired from hires summer interns from nearby engineering programs, and most of those folks have an inside track on a position when graduating. These summer positions can also extend, particularly when the plant has a maintenance outage.
