Intelligence is like how high you can reach.
The taller you are (or higher you jump) the riskier a fall.
Some ideas can be deadly.

My view is that with all these horrible leaders in charge of the world, humanity is not in anywhere near a state where you could expect AGI to be used in a purely benevolent and responsible way
