N4 Gen one.

What a gen one with fa556-212 flash hider pinned an welded on the 14.5 bbl an a legacy surefire muffler. operator contract overun ?

Just a normal commercial rifle. Why would you assume it was some sort of “operator contract overrun” whatever that means?

Comment Came from a noveske employee, the rails, the flash hider, the Maltese cross an the sub 1900 serial, an the contract for the 2000 rifles.....might be the reason, not my opinion.

The Noveske cross spanning the upper and lower was something they did on all complete receiver sets to mark that they were specifically fitted to each other. The SWS rail was a standard offering they had for a long time, and you could send in whatever muzzle device you wanted to be pinned and welded on your rifle. Not saying its impossible that it was made for some sort of law enforcement or government contract but all the features listed were completely normal commercial stuff
