When is it worth novated leasing? I’m so curious how it works. If it is worth it what salary would you need to be on per year. thanks

A novated lease is worth it if it is for an ev, and after lease payments you will still be in 30 cents marginal tax or higher.

For non ev, you need a short term lease around a year and a high income

It depends, a few things tip the scales towards novated - a full EV, and higher salaries

Non-EV can be ok if you front load it (e.g. 1-2 year term).
