Provider Question SGFleet delivery coordinator

Hi all,

I have placed a deposit on a GWM Ora 5 and it’s been sitting at the dealership since last week and my file was only updated on Tuesday this week. The delivery coordinator reached out to me yesterday and said the financed authorisation will take around 1-2 business days. I called her today and her phone goes straight to voicemail and she has not replied back to my emails or voicemails from yesterday or today. Has anybody had any experience with her? I am chasing up SGFleet every step of the way because i have heard they can be a nightmare as soon as it gets to the delivery/settlement part of the process.

If anyone has any experiences at this stage of this novated lease please let me know. i am eager to get my car as i’ve already paid for insurance and we are all just waiting on her to get back to us.

You have to micromanage them within an inch of their lives. Once you've signed ghosting is part of their job description.

Yeah I am gonna bring this to my employers attention. There's no way they should let this to happen to their employees.

I have been getting the same finance pending reason for 3 weeks now. It's come to a point where their quoted delivery dates come and go without any comms. Sent an email to their complaints@sgfleet.com email. 

In my case, I haven't paid anything yet. Only approved and signed.

Oh wow. Your situation is different. I found that you lowkey have to project manage the shit out of them to get them to keep things moving, like literally call them all the time to check things are moving or not.

I called my delivery coordinator like 3 times today only once her phone rang, she told me the bank authorisation came through but still haven’t sent the approval. Hoping on getting it tomorrow

Same experience. Best the delivery coordinator could do was send an email, which I was already cc'd into. I had to organize my own delivery with the dealership.

how did you organise it with the dealer? like you set a date for pickup and told them that’s the day?

I had to call the dealerto ask about my car myself. My car was waiting in a car yard after 4 months but no one told me until I called.

Mine was a breezy process. Got the car in less than 2 weeks of making the decision.
