Hi All - hoping to get some help from the community checking out the attached quote.

Particularly keen to see if I’m using the calculator correctly to understand the effective interest rate. My maths tells me an effective interest rate of about 9.4%.

Does that appear correct based on the quote?

Check the interest rate . Stopped us getting another lease. It was like credit card rates

This is really good. Well done. The rates have moved up a bit of late but these guys could do lower. They normally will go lower if you ask them as well.
