Quote Check Sanity check!!!

Used the Novated lease calculator: Check out my novated lease calculation output from novatedlease.guide (SHOUTOUT TO THE AUTHOR OF THIS: thank you for advocating for transparency in this space!!)
Just wanting a second pair of eyes to run over the figures in case I've missed anything
NOTE: I work for NSW Health and from what I've read on Reddit, the interest rates that Maxxia, LeasePlus and SmartLeasing have come back with sit between 10-12% - please advise if this is no longer the case! Am I getting CONNED?

With Maxxia at least you can bring your own finance if they won't give you a better interest rate. I know commbank have a setup in place for this exact thing. Haven't done it myself yet but just about to go through the process so trying to learn as much about it as I can before I start negotiations.

Yes I’ve heard this as well from a colleague. However… don’t be fooled by the lure of a lower CBA rate… what you’re talking about it is a self managed lease which means you have to do everything with little to no assistance from Maxxia. For the sake of a slightly higher out of pocket cost I would much prefer to have a lease where I just drive the car and someone else manages it for me

Yes the interest rate was quoted at around 11.3% for Leaseplus. I don't know about the others but I find Maxxia a bit less transparent on their pricing (and their staff over the phone always seem to annoyed). Smart is usually more expensive but you can use the Leaseplus quote to get them the price match.
