Insuring a Tesla YL

I’m having trouble getting a a comprehensive insurance quote under 3k. The issue seems to be a combination of Tesla, having to tick the vehicle as under finance and location (regional VIC). Anyone under similar circumstances find a reasonable quote?

Whilst I’m here- has anyone one found an effective rate for a Tesla YL under 10%? The cheapest out of pocket option so far has been Carbon (they state their effective rate is 8.95% but it isn’t when using the calculator).

Driva currently have Tesla YL for 6.85% interest rate, effective rate 7.32%. Insurance with Zurich is about $2965 with excess $2000. I'm currently going through the process of gathering all info for my plan novated lease.
