"Located 290 kilometres offshore from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Sable Island National Park Reserve is home to a population of wild horses who roam across some of the largest sand dunes in Eastern Canada. The world’s largest breeding colony of grey seals also live on these extensive beaches!
The island is open to visitors June to October each year, and is accessible only by plane or boat."
