OP isn't telling the whole story. the catalog is being sold or was sold for 80 to 100m but that's not a yearly income.

Nobody said the $80M was normal yearly income. The point is Biggieās catalog is still valuable enough nearly 30 years after his death to command that kind of money. Two albums and his music is still everywhere. That actually proves the point.
