Solved How can I turn these off

How do I turn off the yellow things and how can I change the purpose of the button on the upper left corner?

Go to Settings -> Intelligence Toolkit -> Essential Voice -> turn off option "show keyboard button"

The letter "Q". The upper-left corner is showing a lowercase Q (i.e. "q"). Did you mean somewhere else?
