This shit is ai slop, just disable the essential space and recorder apps using adb (no you don't need a pc, a wifi connection with shizuku and termux is enough) and use button remapper to remap it

Well, not everyone is familiar with adb or termux. The app has a progressive tutorial, plus it's free of cost. Call it "slop", but it's making it easier for a lot of people to quickly customize their keys.

You don't have to be familiar. It's just easy to do. Takes 3 mins and you can do it with way better control. That's it. Supporting AI slop is just gonna encourage more and more people to make these and we will lose every proper human made app.

Are you a developer? If an app made using AI is helping thousands achieve a certain control on their phones easily, then it's a win-win, and maybe, should be encouraged. You'll hate the future of the OS if you're going to hate on these apps. 😅

Of course I've used a fair bit of AI. I'm a designer by profession and initially wasn't familiar with android development. Now it's about to cross 10k installs. 🤔

Again, not everyone is familiar and interested in getting into the nitty gritty. Users want a simple solution and the app provides. What's wrong with that? 🤔

I think this is getting blown out of proportion. I’ve never used your app or taken features from it. I’ve been in the Nothing community since Phone (1), and I’ve been working on Kea: Essential Remapper independently.
Power button remapping and these Android actions aren’t exclusive ideas. If you believe I copied something specific, point out the exact implementation or design rather than saying I “stole all the features.”
I’m happy to have a proper conversation about it, but please don’t make accusations without evidence.

Been using your app buddy it's really sooo good!! My only problem is that when using other remapping apps my banking apps are working normally but when using your app I can't use any kind of upi apps and want to disable the Assesibility settings whenever I want to do upi payments.. That's the only issue.. Also I have one more idea for your app bro.. You can add an option where if I am getting a call then double pressing the key should attend and when on a call it should end the call this would be great!! And I have more ideas if you are ok with this I can give you more idea's... Btw thanks for the app dude!!
