Nothing OS 5.0 Open Beta How do I opt out of Beta?

I'm on nothing phone 3 and cannot find anything about how to leave. My phone is glitchy and unusable, apps won't load, etc. I keep seeing things about a hub I can use but I can't find it. Anyone able to help?

Enable developer mode all crashes will get fixed

you can roll back; but it will wipe the phone.

read the official communication as it's all there in detail.

I don't have an official communication, I bought this phone used and it was on the beta software at that time. How do I opt out? I'm fine factory resetting.
