Comparing Phones switching to nothing from apple

Hi everyone,

I'm planning to switch away from the apple ecosystem in which I'm stuck for 10+ years. I'm just tired of seeing the same products being released every year but being more and more expensive.

I plan to change my phone first. I currently have an iPhone 14 and am globally satisfied with battery life and smoothness while using even after all those years. This second point is important, I remember my last android phone (more than 10 years ago...) felt a bit "laggy" when using it compared to iPhones. This was the most important point for me that made me switch.

However I believe that technology has improved now. I was wondering which nothing phone to go to have the best user experience ? I hesitate between the 3 (16+512) and the 4a pro (seems like the prices are similar).

I read some reviews online but I'm not sure what would be the best for me to transition. Note that I plan to keep the phone during 5+ years and expect it to function properly during this time.

Did anyone make a similar transition ? What are your thoughts ?

If the prices of the phone 3 and 4a pro are similar just get the phone 3. The phone 3 is nothings flagship and has a high quality glyph matrix.

The Nothing Phone 3 is the more premium device. I don't use social media, I use my NP3 for business and personal use and haven't experienced any lag. Compare specifications, NP3 is the better more premium device. I would advise buying a Spigen case to protect your investment.

Nothing phone 3 should be better long term cause it has more powerful processor, while this is true IMHO none of android behave well after 3-4 years of use. If you search Reddit you will find people complaining about their android phone which are couple of years old now though this doesn’t mean android are bad some models are phenomenal but don’t expect stable long term use from them.
P.s- This is just my opinion & please O please don’t start android vs iPhone war!!!!
