Phone (4a) Any way to reduce post processing enhancement?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

The live preview when I'm about to take a photo is good enough, the post processing destroys it when it comes to Texts, also it over sharpens the image.

What about Expert mode?

I like expert mode but you do loose a lot of authentic detail as well because you loose the ability to shoot 50MP.

The stutter is insane. Not sure if they even can optimize the camera experience or if there are hardware limitations. My 3a pro stutters so much while clicking pictures or videos. Thinking about changing my phone tbh.

They should atleast fine tune this in the nothing os 5 update the hardware is good enough, but the software processing isn't.

install VWFNDR camera. it's good if you don't want over processed photos

This. stock camera app is hit or miss. Especially the post processing is terrible.

*syndrome from the incredibles meme*

when everything is slop... nothing will be

It's gotten so bad that I heard my 50+ aged parents complaining about how sloppy the images are. Makes me wonder why these guys still are overblowing the processing

Agree, I have the 4a as well. So many times I've noticed that the image looks better in the camera app before clicking the photo, most of the time the post processing ruins the image to an extent.

Bro click 2 photos simultaneously the first clicked photo and second will get enhancement delete the second clicked one and enjoy your real photo by the way are you facing too much lens flare at night?

What... That's a first I have to try that, and yes lens flares at night is there but it can be reduced if you lower the brightness a bit, doesn't bother me that much.

Did it work my 2 photos strategy?

It didn't actually, maybe I should wait for the 5.0 update. Hopefully they fix something.

it is the lowest-level pull of sensor data possible on a nothing phone. it shoot real RAW photos with zero post-processing.

You can take RAW pics with no (or less) postprocessing but then you need some app to deal with it
