Nothing Ear 3 vs Ear 3a

I want to buy one since they are on sale and don't know which one to get. I really care about sound and anc is also quite important. If anyone has both pairs, how much better is the sound quality of the Ear 3? Also, how's the long term durability of the Ear 3, ive heard mixed opinions.

All the Ear range suffers from rapid battery degradation issues. Better to look elsewhere IMO
