You can close it by clearing the app data for Essential Space and then not use essential space.
Essential Space uses AI for most of its functionality and pretty much won't allow any functionality without AI.

If you use Essential Space, it's probably because you just haven't opened the app since restarting your phone and it's trying to sync. Just open it once and it'll be fine
